The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club is excited to share our organization’s staff restructure. The new roles and responsibilities will go into effect immediately, as we prepare for our upcoming 24/25 season. 

“During the last 5 years, our club has experienced an unprecedented rise in player participation in all aspects of our youth programming, specifically within our travel program,” Executive Director, Leigh Cowlishaw said.

“To provide the highest level of coaching for our players, and deliver superior customer service for our families we have restructured our staff’s duties and responsibilities. We are also delighted to add Jackson Kaze and Merrick Hosford to the club, as Assistant Program Directors. I am excited about the future and  confident these changes will prepare the club for the upcoming season and allow us to deliver on our mission of an unparalleled soccer experience in the long term too.”
