Dear Richmond Kickers soccer families,
The Youth Club is excited to announce that we will give our Elite boys and girls players (2010s & 2011's) the opportunity to go on an amazing international soccer tour to London, England in March 2025.
This 9-day trip from March 28th - April 5th, 2025, will be an incredible experience for the players.
We will have the chance to explore all the famous sights of London, take part in a training session led by a professional coach from an English academy, observe a professional training session, and then play 3 matches against English opposition. We will also tour an English Premier League Stadium, as well as attending two English professional matches.
This is an action-packed trip!
WorldStrides Sports has worked with multiple programs in the US & Canada & some of which you might recognize the name from the educational trips they offer in schools! WorldStrides also offers to help with fundraising, provides flexible monthly payment options, and family & early sign-up discounts! On the tour, we will have our own 24/7 WorldStrides Sports Tour Director who will take care of everything from start to finish. We will just sit back and enjoy the sights and experiences.

Matt Veasey from WorldStrides Sports will run a short presentation on our trip, followed by our discussion on the process and eligibility. It would be great for at least 1 parent per family to attend along with their player. We will cover the trip inclusions (basically everything except lunches and souvenirs!), fundraising, and how to sign up for the trip.
