March 23rd, 2024 The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club is delighted to announce the introduction of Parent Voice. This new platform allows parents to provide constructive, year-round feedback to our staff which will help us make positive changes for our players and families.

• Staff can streamline the process of gathering feedback, while not relying on annual surveys.
• Parents can be engaged to make positive changes to enhance the player’s experience.
• Club can use input to assist in delivering on our mission of providing an unparalleled soccer experience.

• Parent Voice can serve as a supplement to other parent collaborations that will include Program Director informational meetings, parent meetings, club-wide social events, and increased communication throughout the season.

“One of the major takeaways from our Premier League Academy club visits was their need to embed parents into the player journey to improve communication and promote collective responsibility,” comments Leigh Cowlishaw, Executive Director. “With that at the forefront of our thinking, we plan to engage with parents to better understand their player’s experience to help guide our decision making for the future.”
