Our week four Dick’s Sporting Goods Team of the Week is the U11 Boys Ukrop Park Team. Newly formed this winter, the team competed in the Saint Patrick’s Day Stafford Tournament where they finished as a finalist. The team won their first 2 matches Saturday scoring nine and conceding zero. A draw on Sunday solidified their spot in the finals against our own Richmond Kickers U11 Boys River City. Unfortunately, they came up short against a quality side. Coach Christian Sefa said the “the goal for the boys was to remain focused and determined to win each game as a team, to get to the finals.”
