Our week 11 Dick’s Sporing Goods Team of the Week is the U14 Boys Elite Red team. The team finished the VPSL Fall season in style with an emphatic 5-2 victory over undefeated VA United. Declan Stevenson led the team scoring a hat-trick with additional goals from Blake Boykin and Jack Van der Waag.

“It was a true team performance as the entire squad put in an impressive defensive performance against an ever-dangerous VA United attack”, commented Coach Leigh Cowlishaw.

After a tough start to the season the team now closes out the halfway point undefeated in their last five games and sitting just outside the playoff spots. Congratulations to the boys and best of luck with the rest of the season.
