The Richmond Kickers U17 Girls Red finished the year in style winning the premier orange bracket of the Jefferson Cup this past weekend. A strong defensive showing on Friday combined with goals from Kaci Johnson and Natalie Lane started the weekend with a 2-0 win. This was followed with a dominating 6-0 win on Saturday against New Jersey Rush with goals from Mac Shea, Layla Royster, Abi Knight and a hat trick from Kaci Johnson. The girls finished the tournament with another shutout win and goals from Katie Burton and Mac Shea to secure both the 2-0 win and the tournament championship.

The Richmond Kickers U19 Girls Red team finished their Richmond Kickers careers in style with three wins at the Jefferson Cup. The girls opened the weekend with a 2-1 win against Quickstrike FC. Game two was a complete rollercoaster with Kickers taking a two goal lead before being pegged back to 2-2, before we scored a game winner with ten to play. The U19s finished the weekend out with a comprehensive 3-0 victory against Morris Elite
