Kickers Girls teams fared well at this weekend’s PWSI Icebreaker Tournament!

The U12 Girls Elite Black went undefeated winning all four games, the team scored 10 goals while only conceding 4. They defeated Loudon in the final 3-1 after being 1-1 at halftime. Goals were scored by Callie McCoy, Presley Hoffer and Brynn Hallberg.

The U11Girls Elite Red team capped off their spring tournament schedule as Champions of the top bracket.  The tournament win was highlighted by a thrilling penalty shootout in the semifinals to advance, and the girls finished off the weekend with a 2-1 victory against Loudon, with goals being scored by Ryla Ogunware and Cece Vellozzi.  The girls were able to showcase themselves and compete against some of the best clubs from Northern Virginia and they are looking forward to finishing the spring season strong.
