Richmond Kickers U15 Girls Red responded to a 3-2 defeat to Epic Soccer Club with a hard-fought 2-1 win against North Union SC in the Jefferson Cup this weekend. This meant they needed a 3-0 win on Sunday morning to make the finals, and goals either side of half time from Katie Burton and Mackenzie Shea helped them achieve this. Unfortunately, they lost a very close final game 2-1 to SYC.
