This past weekend, the U12 Girls Elite Red won their bracket in the Jefferson Cup tournament. They started the weekend off on a high note with a dominant 4-0 win against Baltimore Union on Saturday. They won again later in the day against Wake FC 2-1. 

The team continued their winning momentum on Sunday morning by beating the #3 ranked team in Maryland, Greater Severna Park, 2-1. 

The tournament final was 0-0 at the break and the team fought hard to come out on top scoring two goals in the second half against a tough opponent in the undefeated NCFC Gold North. They clinched the title with an impressive 2-0 win. 

The U12 Girls Elite Red ended the Jefferson Cup Tournament with a 4-0 record, scoring 10 goals while conceding only 2 goals and keeping 2 clean sheets.
