Collaboration Between Kickers Youth Club and Tilt Creative + Production

The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club and Tilt Creative + Production recently collaborated to feature our youth players in a TV commercial for Major League Soccer and Audi. The main focus of this project are the MLS Academies and the future of US Soccer.

“Audi’s sponsorship of MLS is largely an investment in making the MLS of the future the worldwide competitive organization we expect of it,” commented Nick Kleczewski, Video Content Creative Director for Audi of America. “This, through the continued expansion of MLS Academies, is specifically targeted at the housing, transportation, and education aspects which will allow for more diverse player discovery, culturally and economically, which is precisely how the top clubs in the world finds the best talent.”

Tilt Creative + Production is based here locally in Richmond, VA. Stacy Murphy, one of Tilt’s Founders & COO, reached out to the Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club for players to cast in their production.

“We were thrilled to partner with the Richmond Kickers last week on our TVC for Audi and Major League Soccer,” said Murphy. “They were able to provide an awesome group of U14 boys in a few scenes along with our new favorite Kickers Coach Perry Richards! It’s so nice to be able to bring some of the production back to our hometown!”

Kickers Director of Recreation Coaching Education Perry Richards spearheaded this project from the beginning for the club.

“When Stacy reached out to me, I could not have said yes fast enough!” mentioned Richards. “I knew this would be an opportunity that our players would never forget, and to be able to provide that experience for them is priceless. I want to give a big thank you to everyone at Tilt and Audi for letting us be a part of such a wonderful project.”

The commercial will start to air during the MLS is Back tournament starting July 8 on ESPN, Fox, and Univision
