Kickers ADP is an instructional soccer program dedicated to talented and enthusiastic youth soccer players. The program is offered to U7 and U8 players to provide a quality and enjoyable soccer environment that will enhance their skills, coordination, and understanding of the game. Did you know that ADP stands for Advanced Development Program and is the link between Recreational Soccer and Travel Soccer? Over the past 10 years ADP has been responsible for developing over 80% of the Kickers U9/10 travel players.
With 8 training sessions and 8 games for $210/225, the cost is only $75 more than Recreational fees AND your child learns from the best coaching staff in town! The Kickers ADP coaching staff is a mixture of current and former Kickers pro players along with licensed Travel coaches. ADP offers the best learning environment for your child from people that know the game. The sessions are fun and challenging as practice hour includes several small sided games that encourage technique, decision making and fosters love of the beautiful game of soccer.
Unlike other ADP programs the Kickers do not require players to tryout. The program is open to everyone with all players born in 2012 and 2013 welcome to participate. Players are split into developmentally appropriate training groups and teams so there is a suitable environment for all players who participate.
Another reason why ADP is so popular is because the program offers separate Fall and Spring registration seasons. In addition, we offer ADP at four convenient locations around the RVA region and with no games on the weekend it provides less commitment and more flexibility than traditional programs,
New additions to the Spring ADP include Friday Night Lights and ADP Futsal Fest. Friday Night Lights is a festival format where everyone will play multiple 4v4 matches against teams from other locations. Futsal Fest will be a similar format but will introduce our ADP players to Futsal which is one of the fastest growing games in the world. Futsal is fast paced, high energy and provides technical and tactical challenges that benefit a player’s long-term development.
