RICHMOND, Va. – (Thursday, August 29, 2019) – The Richmond Kickers Youth Soccer Club will be represented at this year’s Blue Ridge Cup and Keystone Cup over the Labor Day weekend.
The Blue Ridge Cup is the Labor Day destination for Elite, Premier, and Classic travel level competition in the state of Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic Region. The event is hosted by SOCA (Soccer Organization of the Charlottesville Area) and offers top-level facilities, organization, and officials, all within the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
"We are excited for our U15 through U19 classic teams to kick off the fall season at the Blue Ridge Cup in Charlottesville,” said Andy McIntosh, U15-19 Girls Director. “This is a quality tournament for Elite, Premier and Classic level teams and ideal preparation for our older players and teams to have a great fall campaign. Good luck to all our teams in Charlottesville this weekend!"

The Keystone Cup is a great Labor Day event to start off the Fall Season. Open to U9-U15 teams, boys and girls, the Keystone Cup will be held in Lancaster, PA on top notch grass and synthetic fields.
“We are excited to see our younger boys teams back in action in the Keystone Cup,” commented Mike Burke, U11-14 Boys and Girls Director. “The tournament always provides good, competitive games for our Elite teams.”
