Richmond United ECNL Adds Flesch as Full-Time Staff Coach

Will Oversee U13 and U14 Teams

RICHMOND, VA — The Richmond United ECNL Program has announced that Ryan Flesch has been hired in the role of HEAD COACH for the Under-13 and Under-14 ECNL Teams.

Ryan was a four-year starter and team captain at The College of William & Mary earning a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and recently completed his Masters Degree in Hydrometeorology at the University of Arizona. 

Ryan is a US Soccer licensed coach and has club, high school, Pro23, and futsal coaching experience working with both girls & boys ages from U9 to U23. Most of his coaching experience has been with both VA Legacy and FC Tucson Soccer Clubs.

“We are thrilled to have Ryan join our program at such an exciting time for Richmond United” says ECNL Director Aaron Brunner. “We have no doubt that he will make a huge impact in the Richmond community, elevating the development of our players and program to another level.”

A native of Manassas, Virginia, Ryan has two older sisters; Meghan, who played soccer at Virginia Tech, lives in Fairfax with her husband, and Alexandra who resides in Herndon.
